Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

We offer a free plan that includes up to 100 leads and limited API access. No credit card is required for the free plan.

Paid subscription plans require a valid payment method and are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card or payment details directly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase date without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via our contact page or through Stripe directly. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

After the 14-day withdrawal period, all fees are non-refundable, including partial month or year fees and any unused portion of your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle.

If you have a billing issue, please contact us or Stripe directly before filing a dispute. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in immediate account suspension.

If a chargeback is determined to be invalid or fraudulent, your account may be permanently terminated and you may be liable for associated fees and costs.

You may not:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or stolen data
• Use the Services for spamming, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or evade termination
• Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Exceed API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

We are not responsible for the content you upload. We have no obligation to monitor or verify the data you store, but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive behavior, including exploiting free plans, systematically abusing refund processes, or filing fraudulent chargebacks. Users who abuse the Services may be permanently banned and held liable for resulting damages.

API access is subject to rate limits as specified in your plan. Excessive API usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary or permanent restriction of API access.

We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Services. We do not sell, share, or analyze your data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Your lead data is stored on servers located in the European Union (EU). By using our Services, you consent to your data being stored in the EU.

You may export your data at any time using our export functionality. We recommend exporting your data before closing your account.

Upon account termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

We do not offer a Service Level Agreement. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or response times.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that could temporarily affect availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for reasons including breach of these Terms, non-payment, illegal use, fraudulent activity, or account abuse.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
• Any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies

We recommend exporting your data before termination.

If your account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse, you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid.

Sections regarding Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
